Troubleshoot Failed or Stuck Projects
What to do when checking, confirmation, credits, placeholder review, production, or rendering needs attention.
Most productions continue without action after you confirm the Quote Statement, but some states need review.
Checking Input or Quote Ready
If checking is unavailable, retry. No generation credits are reserved during an unavailable check.
A blocking issue must be corrected before continuing. A warning can be fixed or acknowledged on the current Quote Statement.
Quote ready means the project is waiting for you to review the plan, choose a runtime, acknowledge current warnings, and confirm.
Not Enough Credits
The workspace must have enough available credits after active reservations. Add PAYG credits, choose a plan, or wait for active work to finish.
Review Needed
This usually means unresolved visual placeholders need your decision. Open the project and review the exact missing moments.
Acknowledge the remaining placeholders or choose a shorter fully covered version. Replace visible placeholders in the editor before your final render.
Automatic Recovery
VidBlitz can recover from temporary interruptions without restarting the whole production. Progress may pause while it tries another suitable source or repeats a safe step.
Avoid submitting the same action repeatedly while recovery is active.
Failed Project
Read the message on the project page and use the offered retry only when available. A terminal production failure releases the unused credit reservation.
Contact support when the project remains stuck for an unusually long time, the same failure repeats, credits look wrong, narration is missing, the render is corrupted, or an expected output cannot be opened.
Include the workspace, project ID, exact message, what happened, when it happened, and screenshots when useful.
