Troubleshoot Failed or Stuck Projects

What to do when a project fails, waits for approval, lacks credits, or needs support review.

Most projects continue without action after approval, but some states need review.

Awaiting Script Approval

This is expected for Manual mode. Open the project, review the script, edit if needed, and approve it. The project continues after approval.

Not Enough Credits

If the app asks you to upgrade or buy credits, the workspace does not have enough available balance after current reservations. Upgrade the plan, buy PAYG credits if enabled, or wait for active jobs to finish.

Failed Project

A failed project shows a failure notice on the project page. Review the message and try any suggested action.

Contact support when:

  • The project failed after credits were reserved.
  • The output is corrupted or unplayable.
  • Narration is missing.
  • The wrong project or workspace was charged.
  • The project appears stuck for an unusually long time.
  • You cannot open the editor or download available outputs.

What to Send Support

Include:

  • Workspace name.
  • Project title.
  • Project or video ID if visible.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What happened instead.
  • Screenshots if helpful.
  • Whether the issue happened before or after script approval.

Creative Quality Issues

Not every creative mismatch is a technical failure. If a clip is weak, a thumbnail is not ideal, or pacing needs polish, first try editing the project, using a clearer prompt next time, or choosing a stronger Brand Profile and thumbnail reference.
