Credit History and Usage
How to review completed credit additions, video charges, render spending, refunds, and balances.
Credit History shows completed credit activity for the selected workspace.
Open Credit History
Go to Settings → Credit History.
The page shows each completed transaction, its date, related project or reason, credit amount, and the balance after the transaction.
Filter Transactions
Use the filter to review:
- Video Generation.
- Render Spend.
- Pay-As-You-Go.
- Credit Adjustment.
- Refund.
- Plan Refresh.
Reservations and temporary processing holds do not appear as completed spending.
Understand the Amounts
A minus amount is a completed charge. A plus amount is a credit addition or refund.
Initial generation is charged after an accepted delivery. Later editor renders are shown separately as Render Spend.
Project Progress and Reservations
Open All Projects to follow active work. Available credits in the sidebar already account for active reservations.
If production ends in a terminal failure, the unused reservation is released rather than recorded as a successful generation charge.
When to Contact Support
Contact support with the workspace and project ID if:
- A completed charge appears more than once.
- A terminally failed production still appears as completed spending.
- A successful PAYG purchase, refund, or plan refresh is missing.
- The displayed balance does not match the listed activity.
