Edit a Generated Video

Use the editor after generation when you want to polish a video before publishing.

Open the Editor

Open the project from All Projects and choose the editor action when an editable timeline is available. If production is still running or waiting for placeholder review, finish that stage first.

Common Edits

Depending on the selected item, you can:

• Replace weak video or images.
• Upload one file or several files together.
• Move, trim, split, resize, crop, or reorder media.
• Edit text and captions.
• Adjust narration, clip audio, music, and volume.
• Add or tune transitions and visual animations.
• Style a selected visual with layouts, filters, and effects.
• Add Animated Scenes such as charts, maps, comparisons, callouts, chapter cards, text treatments, and overlays.

Multi-File Timeline Placement

When you drop several files on the timeline together, VidBlitz preserves their order and places them one after another. Wait for every upload to finish before saving.

Save Important Versions

Use Save after a meaningful editing step. Each manual save creates a restore point.

Open Project versions from the top toolbar to return to an earlier saved editor state. This is useful before a large timing, media, or style change.

Review Visual Treatments

Select an image or video to compare layouts, filters, effects, and animation controls in the inspector. Appearance changes apply to the selected item rather than every clip.

Render and Download

Open Export to render the latest saved timeline. The first included production render does not create a separate editor-render charge. A later editor render costs 100 credits, shown before confirmation.

Use Render history to download or delete completed renders. Always watch the new render before uploading to YouTube.
