Project Library and Statuses
How to search, filter, open, cancel, and safely delete projects.
All Projects is the video library for the selected workspace.
Find a Project
You can:
- Search project titles.
- Filter by Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or This year.
- Filter by project status.
- Switch between grid and list views.
- Open a project or its editable timeline.
- Cancel or delete a project when available.
- See current progress at a glance.
Clear the filters to return to the full project list.
Common Statuses
- Checking input: the production request is being reviewed.
- Quote ready: review and confirm the Quote Statement.
- Queued: production is waiting to start.
- Running or Composing: the video is being built.
- Review needed: unresolved visual placeholders need your decision.
- Confirming results: VidBlitz is settling or checking the final result.
- Ready: accepted outputs are available.
- Cancelled: production was stopped.
- Failed: production stopped because of a problem.
Open a Project
A generated project opens its detail page, where you can review the current state, progress, outputs, editor access, and downloads.
A blank-canvas project opens directly in the editor.
Cancel or Delete
Project actions are available from the project menu. Active work may need to be cancelled first. A production whose generation has already ended can be cancelled or deleted once the available cleanup is ready.
VidBlitz asks you to type the exact title before a single project is cancelled or deleted. Use the copy control beside the confirmation phrase to avoid retyping it. After deletion, VidBlitz returns you to All Projects.
Owners and admins may also see an option to delete every project in the workspace; use it only for deliberate cleanup.
