The Projects page is your video library for the selected workspace.
What You Can Do on Projects
From Projects, you can:
- Open a project.
- Filter projects by status.
- Create a new video.
- Cancel or delete a project when available.
- Delete all projects if your role allows it.
- See progress and recent status at a glance.
Common Statuses
- Draft: the project exists but setup is not finished.
- Configuring: the project is still being prepared in the setup flow.
- Queued: the project has been submitted and is waiting its turn.
- Awaiting script approval: Manual mode is waiting for you to review and approve the script.
- Processing: VidBlitz is generating or assembling the project.
- Completed: outputs are available.
- Failed: generation or processing stopped and needs review.
Open a Project
Click a project card to open the project detail page. The detail page shows the current state, progress, generated outputs, script approval panel when needed, editing links, render downloads, and export downloads when available.
Cancel or Delete
Some project states can be cancelled before completion. Completed or failed projects may be deleted. Deleting a project removes its project record and related stored files.
Use bulk deletion carefully. It is intended for cleanup, not normal project management.
