Replace Media, Captions, Text, and Audio
How to make common editor changes after a video has been generated.
Use editor changes when the generated structure is good but individual details need polish.
Replace Weak Visuals
Replace media when a clip, image, or visual moment does not match the narration.
- Open the editor.
- Find the weak visual on the timeline.
- Select an alternative from the media area or upload your own asset when available.
- Place or replace the visual.
- Preview the section before rendering.
Choose replacements that match the exact topic, time period, tone, and viewer expectation.
Edit Captions and Text
Captions and text overlays should be readable and accurate. Keep text short, avoid covering important visuals, and review timing after edits.
If a caption or text item is available for editing, select it and adjust the wording, timing, position, or styling through the available controls.
Adjust Audio
Listen for narration clarity first. Background music and sound effects should support the video without overpowering speech.
If music or audio feels distracting, lower volume, remove the item, or choose a calmer option where available.
Review After Changes
After editing, watch the changed section and then review the full render before publishing. Small timeline edits can affect pacing, captions, and transitions.
