Generation history helps you understand what has been created in a workspace and how project activity relates to credits.

Where to Start

Open Projects to see the videos in the selected workspace. Use status filters or search to find a specific project.

What to Look For

A project history view can help you review:

  • Project title and topic.
  • Current project status.
  • When the project was created or updated.
  • Whether the project completed, failed, or needs approval.
  • Outputs such as script, metadata, thumbnails, render, and export package.
  • Credit reservation or usage information shown in the app.

Credit Reservations

When generation starts, VidBlitz reserves the estimated credits so the workspace cannot accidentally overspend while the project is running. The reservation is separate from a final charge.

Credits are deducted after successful completion. If a system-level generation failure prevents completion, the reservation should be released or reviewed instead of charging for a finished result.

When to Contact Support

Contact support with the project or video ID if:

  • A project failed and credits still look reserved or deducted.
  • A project remains stuck after normal waiting time.
  • Outputs are missing after the project shows as complete.
  • You need help understanding a billing or credit event.

Include the workspace, project title, project or video ID, and a short description of what happened.
