Generation Progress and Delivery

What happens after confirming a Quote and how visual recovery, progress, and delivery work.

Confirming the current Quote Statement reserves the estimated credits, queues production, and opens the project progress view. You can close the browser and return later.

Follow the Milestones

The project page reports plain-language progress while VidBlitz:

  1. Organizes and refines the story.
  2. Prepares or reuses the narration.
  3. Plans visuals and checks source availability.
  4. Finds, reviews, and assigns suitable media.
  5. Resolves remaining source needs.
  6. Builds the editable video.
  7. Renders and checks the final result.
  8. Prepares delivery.

Retries do not move the visible progress backward, and completed work can be reused when a later step needs another attempt.

Long productions can spend more time on scene assembly, audio preparation, timeline building, quality review, delivery, and final cleanup because this work grows with video length. Work that is still progressing can continue, while genuinely stalled work remains covered by VidBlitz’s production safety limit.

Narration Inputs

  • Generated Script: VidBlitz prepares the script and voiceover.
  • Custom Script: your supplied wording is reused and VidBlitz prepares the voiceover.
  • Custom Voiceover: your recording supplies the narration and timing.

There is no later script-approval pause.

If Visuals Are Still Missing

VidBlitz first tries to cover each moment with suitable footage or images. If a remaining visual need can be recovered, it can run a focused search using refined wording and broader candidates.

When suitable footage is still unavailable, a relevant Animated Scene may cover the moment. A visible editor placeholder is the last resort.

If placeholders remain, the project asks you to review the exact gaps. You can accept those visible placeholders for later replacement in the editor or choose a shorter fully covered version.

Delivery Checks

The initial render must pass checks for duration, playback, picture, audio, captions, and accessibility before it is accepted.

The final generation charge uses the accepted video duration, rounded up by output minute at the production tier you confirmed. A terminal production failure releases the unused reservation, and the same delivery cannot charge twice.
