Use Create Video when you want VidBlitz to turn an idea into a configurable video project.

Start the Project

  1. Open your workspace.
  2. Choose Create Video.
  3. Describe the video you want in the main prompt box.
  4. Choose the quality tier you want to use.
  5. Optionally choose a Brand Profile.
  6. Add optional inputs from the add menu, such as a custom script, custom voiceover, or YouTube writing reference.
  7. Click the Create Video arrow button.

This creates a project and opens the setup flow. It does not submit the final generation job yet.

Write a Useful Prompt

A good prompt usually includes:

  • The topic.
  • The target audience.
  • The angle or thesis.
  • Important facts to include.
  • The tone, pacing, or style.
  • Any examples of what to avoid.

Example:

Create a 10-12 minute documentary for curious YouTube viewers about how abandoned malls became a symbol of changing American life. Use a serious but accessible tone. Cover retail expansion, e-commerce, changing suburbs, security concerns, and how some malls are being reused today.

Use Recent Projects

The Create Video page shows recent generations. Use this area to return to a project after creating it, checking progress, or making edits.

Before Generation Starts

After the first prompt is submitted, review the setup steps carefully. You can still change the title, brief, format, length, mode, brand defaults, voice, visuals, sourcing preferences, and thumbnail reference before approving generation.
