Create a Video from a Prompt
How to start a checked VidBlitz production, choose its tier in the Quote, or open a blank editor canvas.
Use Create Video to turn a production request into a checked, reviewable video plan. You can also start with an empty editor timeline.
Start a Generated Project
- Open your workspace. Create Video is the workspace home.
- Describe the video in 50 to 10,000 characters.
- Optionally apply a Brand Profile.
- Add a Custom Script, Custom Voiceover, content reference, or thumbnail reference when needed.
- Submit the request for checking.
A useful request includes the topic, intended audience, story angle, important facts, tone, pacing, runtime, research constraints, and visual evidence that would help explain the story.
Review the Check
The Prompt Checker can pass the request, show warnings, block an unsupported request, or ask you to retry when checking is unavailable.
Warnings explain a production risk and a suggested correction. Blocking issues must be fixed before you can continue. The checker can also recommend a production tier.
Confirm the Quote Statement
After checking, VidBlitz presents a Quote Statement. Review the interpreted title, format, presentation, runtime, language, production tier, voice, visual direction, source policy, references, warnings, deliverable, and credit estimate.
The available tiers are VidBlitz Low at 35 credits per minute, VidBlitz Medium at 44 credits per minute, and VidBlitz High at 55 credits per minute. Higher tiers analyze candidate footage and references more deeply.
Changes to important fields, including the tier, trigger a new check or estimate. Confirming the current Quote Statement reserves the estimated credits, queues production, and opens the progress view. There is no separate setup wizard or later script-approval step.
Start With a Blank Canvas
Choose Start with a blank canvas when you want to build directly in the editor without automatic production.
- Enter a project title.
- Choose widescreen, vertical, or square.
- Create the blank project.
The editor opens immediately so you can add your own media, text, audio, and timeline items.
