A workspace is the shared environment where a team creates and manages videos. Each workspace has its own projects, credits, settings, and members.

How Workspaces Work

  • Projects belong to one workspace.
  • Credits are shared by members of that workspace.
  • Billing and plan limits apply to the workspace.
  • Workspace content does not automatically move between workspaces.

If you switch workspaces, you will see the projects, credits, and settings for the selected workspace only.

Roles

Typical workspace roles include:

  • Owner: manages billing, seats, organization settings, members, and projects.
  • Admin: helps manage workspace operations when enabled for the workspace.
  • Member: creates and edits videos using workspace access and shared credits.

Exact permissions can vary by plan and workspace configuration.

Invite a Team Member

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Members.
  3. Enter the person’s email address.
  4. Send the invitation.

The invited person receives an email. If they do not already have app access, an eligible workspace invitation can help unlock access when accepted.

Seat Limits

Plans include different team seat allowances. If you reach the limit, remove an inactive member or upgrade the plan.

Leaving or Removing Members

Members can leave when allowed by their role. Owners and admins may be able to remove members from the Members settings page. A workspace must keep a valid owner.

Moving Projects Between Workspaces

Moving or transferring a video project between workspaces is not currently supported. Create the project in the workspace where the credits, team members, and billing should apply.
