Accept a Team Invitation
How to accept a workspace invitation and what to do when an invite fails.
Workspace invitations let a team owner or authorized member invite you into a VidBlitz workspace.
Before You Accept
Use the email address that received the invitation. If you sign in with a different email address, VidBlitz may not be able to match the invite to your account.
Accept the Invitation
- Open the invitation email.
- Click the invitation link.
- Sign in or create an account with the invited email address.
- Confirm the invitation.
- Open the workspace after acceptance succeeds.
If the workspace has eligible access, accepting the invitation can also unlock app access for a user who is still on the waitlist.
If the Invite Fails
An invitation can fail when it is expired, already used, cancelled, or sent to a different email address.
Ask the workspace owner to send a new invite if:
- The invite is more than a few days old.
- You already clicked it once but did not finish sign-up.
- You changed email addresses.
- The app says the invitation is no longer available.
After Joining
After joining, switch to the invited workspace from the workspace switcher if you belong to more than one workspace. Projects, credits, billing, members, and settings are separate per workspace.
