Waitlist Onboarding and Referral Codes
How controlled access, waitlist onboarding, referral codes, and access approval work.
VidBlitz uses controlled access so new users can be admitted in a managed way while the product is still expanding.

Join the Waitlist
- Create an account from the sign-up page.
- Complete any onboarding questions shown after sign-up.
- Submit the onboarding flow.
- Wait for approval, a referral code, direct invitation, or a team workspace invitation.
Onboarding questions help VidBlitz understand your creator goals, production needs, channel stage, and likely fit.
Use a Referral Code
If you receive a referral code, enter it exactly as provided during the access flow. A valid referral code can unlock access faster than waiting for general approval.
If a code does not work, check for typos first. If it still fails, contact support with the email address on your account and the code you were given.
Direct Invitations
A direct invitation is sent by VidBlitz or by an eligible workspace team. Use the invitation link from the email and sign in with the same email address that received the invite.
Reserved Waitlist Seat
If you finish onboarding but do not have access yet, your account may show a reserved waitlist status. That means the account exists, but app access has not been unlocked yet.
Access Problems
Contact support if:
- You were approved but still cannot open the app.
- Your referral code fails after checking spelling.
- Your invitation link is expired or already used.
- You signed up with the wrong email address.
- You can sign in but only see the waitlist screen.
