Create and Switch Workspaces
How to create an organization workspace and switch between workspace contexts.
A workspace is where a team creates videos, shares credits, manages billing, and organizes members.
Create a Workspace
- Open the workspace or account menu.
- Choose the option to create a new organization or workspace.
- Enter the workspace name and details.
- Save the workspace.
- Choose a plan or complete any required setup steps.
Create a separate workspace when projects, billing, or team membership should be separated from another channel or client.
Switch Workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher to move between them. Always check the selected workspace before creating a project or buying credits.
What Changes When You Switch
The selected workspace controls:
- Which projects you see.
- Which credits are available.
- Which Brand Profiles and settings apply.
- Which members can access the work.
- Which billing account is charged.
Common Mistakes
If a project appears missing, you may be in the wrong workspace. Switch workspaces and check the Projects page again.
If you create a project in the wrong workspace, moving it to another workspace is not currently supported. Create new projects in the workspace where the team, credits, and billing should apply.
