Sign Up, Access, and Login

VidBlitz is currently in controlled access. You can create an account, but using the app may require approval or an invite.

Create an Account

1. Go to VidBlitz.
2. Choose the sign-up option.
3. Create your account using the available login method.
4. Complete the onboarding questions if prompted.

Onboarding helps VidBlitz understand your creator goals, production needs, and budget. Your answers help determine fit and access priority.

Unlock App Access

Access can be unlocked through one of these paths:

• Waitlist approval.
• Referral code.
• Direct invitation.
• Eligible workspace invitation from a team that already has access.

If you are invited to a team workspace, accepting that invitation may also grant app access.

Login

Use the sign-in page with the account method you used during registration. If you forgot your password, use the password reset option from the sign-in screen.

If You Are Stuck on the Waitlist

Ask the workspace owner to invite you if you are joining an existing team. Otherwise, wait for approval or contact support if you believe you should already have access.

Common Login Issues

• If your invite link expired, ask the workspace owner to send a new one.
• If your password reset email does not arrive, check spam and confirm you used the correct email address.
• If you can sign in but cannot open the app, your account may still be waiting for access approval.

Do not create multiple accounts to bypass access. Contact support with the email address you used to sign up.
