Contact VidBlitz support for account access, billing, workspace, or project generation issues.

When to Contact Support

Contact support if:

  • You cannot access the app after approval or invitation.
  • You cannot accept a workspace invitation.
  • Billing or credits look wrong.
  • A project failed after credits were reserved.
  • A video render is missing, corrupted, or unplayable.
  • A project appears stuck for an unusually long time.
  • You cannot download an available output.
  • You need help with permissions or workspace membership.

What to Include

Send as much of this as possible:

  • Account email.
  • Workspace name.
  • Project title.
  • Project or video ID if visible.
  • The action you were trying to complete.
  • The issue you saw.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if helpful.
  • Whether the issue affects one project or all projects.

For Creative Quality Issues

For weak visuals, pacing, thumbnail preference, or minor script changes, first try the editor, Manual mode, a clearer prompt, or a stronger Brand Profile. Support can help with technical failures, but creative preference alone may not qualify as a technical issue.

In-App Support

Use the support or feedback option shown in the app when available. This helps associate your request with your signed-in account.
