VidBlitz uses product updates, feedback, and support channels to keep users informed and to decide what to improve next.

Follow Product Updates

Use the updates area or announcements shared by VidBlitz to see important changes. Updates may include new creation features, editor improvements, billing changes, support changes, or important product notices.

Submit Feedback

Use the feedback option when you have an idea, request, or workflow problem that could improve VidBlitz for more users.

Good feedback includes:

  • What you were trying to do.
  • Why the current behavior did not work for you.
  • What outcome you expected.
  • How often the problem affects your workflow.

Report Bugs Separately

If something is broken, report it as a bug or contact support. Include the workspace, project or video ID when relevant, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Vote on Existing Ideas

Before creating a new feature request, search existing feedback. If an existing post matches your need, vote on it instead of creating a duplicate. Votes help VidBlitz understand demand.

Understand Statuses

Feedback statuses show where an idea sits: open, under review, planned, in progress, complete, or closed. A status is not a delivery guarantee, but it helps users understand what the team is considering or actively working on.
