Credit Reservations, Failures, and Refund Reviews

How credit reservations work and when to contact support about failed projects or refunds.

VidBlitz reserves credits when generation starts so the workspace cannot accidentally overspend while a project is running.

Reservation vs Deduction

A reservation is a temporary hold. A deduction is the final credit charge after successful completion.

Credits are expected to be deducted only after the project completes successfully. If a technical failure prevents completion, the reservation should release or be reviewed.

When to Contact Support

Contact support when:

  • A project failed after credits were reserved.
  • A completed output is missing or unplayable.
  • The wrong workspace appears to have been charged.
  • Your balance does not update after a failed job.
  • A PAYG checkout succeeded but credits did not appear.

Refund Review

Refunds are reviewed for verified technical failures. Creative preference, weak prompts, topic mismatch, or edits that can reasonably be fixed in the editor usually do not qualify.

What to Include

Send:

  • Workspace name.
  • Project title.
  • Project or video ID if visible.
  • What happened.
  • When it happened.
  • Screenshots of the error or billing issue if helpful.

Clear details help support review the issue faster.
