Account, Security, and Organization Settings

Use Settings to manage your personal account, sign-in methods, organization profile, members, and billing.

Settings Sections

The Settings area is organized into:

• Account: profile, email, avatar, sign-in methods, password, and account deletion.
• Organization: workspace name, logo, type, website, and description.
• Members: active members, pending invitations, invites, removals, and leaving a team.
• Billing: plan, credits, PAYG controls, and billing portal access.

Some settings only appear when your role allows you to manage them.

Account Profile

Open Account settings to update your full name, email address, and profile photo.

Profile photos support JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP. Use an image smaller than 5 MB. If you change your email address, VidBlitz sends a verification link and keeps your current email active until the new email is verified.

Sign-In Methods

The Sign-in methods section shows connected login options such as Password or Google.

If your account already has password sign-in, you can change the password by entering your current password and a new password of at least 8 characters. You can also send yourself a reset link.

If your account does not have password sign-in, use Set a password to receive a secure setup link. If Google is not connected, use Connect Google to add Google sign-in.

Organization Profile

Organization settings let authorized users update workspace details:

• Logo.
• Organization name.
• Organization type.
• Website.
• Description.

Organization logo uploads should be JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP and under 1 MB.

Members

Open Members settings to invite teammates, review pending invitations, resend or cancel invitations, remove members when allowed, or leave a team.

Billing

Open Billing settings to review the current plan, included credits, available balance, reserved credits, PAYG settings, and top-up options. If a billing portal button is available, it opens the hosted billing management flow.

Delete Account

The account danger zone permanently removes your personal profile, sessions, and account access. You may need to handle owned workspaces first, especially if other members still belong to them.

To confirm account deletion, VidBlitz asks you to type the required confirmation text exactly and confirm your identity with your current password or connected social sign-in.

Delete Organization

The organization danger zone appears only for eligible non-personal organizations. To delete an organization, you must type the exact organization name.

Organization deletion is permanent. It removes the organization, members, projects, billing records, generated assets, and stored files connected to that workspace. Download or export anything you need before deleting.
