How to enable Pay-As-You-Go credits and top up a workspace balance.

PAYG credits let a workspace buy extra credits without changing subscription plans.
When to Use PAYG
Use PAYG when:
- A workspace needs extra credits before the next renewal.
- You want to finish a larger project batch without upgrading.
- You need a one-time production sprint.
Enable PAYG
- Open Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Enable PAYG top-ups if the option is available.
- Set a spend cap.
- Save the setting.
The spend cap helps control accidental overuse.
Buy Credits
- Open Billing settings.
- Enter a top-up amount of at least $10.
- Review the credit preview.
- Continue to checkout.
- Complete payment.
Current PAYG preview rate is 34 credits per $1. Purchased PAYG credits roll over until used.
If Credits Do Not Appear
Refresh Billing after checkout. If the balance still looks wrong, contact support with the workspace name, checkout time, and top-up amount.
