Buy PAYG Credits
How to enable Pay-As-You-Go, set a spend cap, and buy rolling workspace credits.
PAYG credits let a workspace buy extra credits without changing its subscription plan.
When to Use PAYG
Use PAYG when you need extra credits before the next plan grant or want to increase production temporarily without upgrading.
Enable PAYG
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Enable PAYG top-ups.
- Set an optional spend cap.
- Save the setting.
The spend cap limits extra purchasing. Leaving it blank means no cap is set.
Buy Credits
- Enter a top-up amount of at least $10.
- Review the credit preview.
- Continue to checkout.
- Complete payment.
The current conversion is 25 credits per $1. Purchased PAYG credits roll over until used.
Confirm the Purchase
After checkout, return to Billing and open Credit History. The purchase appears under Pay-As-You-Go with the added amount and resulting balance.
If a successful purchase does not appear, refresh the page and contact support with the workspace name, checkout time, and top-up amount.
