Creative Commons and public-domain source adapter

Brand Profiles and project setup include a Creative Commons/Public Domain source preference, but that option is currently saved for future use rather than active sourcing.

User value: teams with stricter rights requirements should be able to direct VidBlitz toward Creative Commons and public-domain sources when those sources are available and appropriate for the project.
