Move or copy projects between workspaces

Projects, credits, members, and settings are workspace-specific today. Moving or copying a project between workspaces is not currently supported.

User value: teams may create a video in the wrong workspace or want to transfer a project from a personal workspace to a team workspace. A safe move or copy workflow would reduce rework while respecting workspace billing, access, and ownership boundaries.
